This artist was holding "stained glass" type commissions and I thought it would be interesting to have a pair done for Retsis and Omorphia.
I think he had more fun with Omorphia than with Retsis >w> it feels busier than her sister's mural.

She is very down to earth and peaceful, hence the flowers above her hands. This is also a symbol for how her happiness determines how well the kingdom is doing. (The halo behind her head is also a symbol of that, as the 'prophecy child' basically).
Then there's an inclusion of her favorite elemental magic to use; electricity~
