This is Defancio Storsilt, one of the Canto Bight casino patrons from " Star Wars, The Last Jedi ". He was first featured in the " Last Jedi " issue of Vanity Fair last year but only the back of his head made it into the movie. I wish they used at least 30 seconds more of the footage filmed of the casino patrons. They made so many cool alien costumes & animatronic puppets for that movie. Oh well. Perhaps they'll make a special edition in 20 years. :D

A Likely Future History of the Star Wars Universe1. Mr. Storsilt earns his fortune from arms dealing and other, more savoury mercantile activities.
2. The authorities turn a blind eye to his nefarious side because of all the money he earns them and even name a street in a major spaceport Storsilt Lane, in his honour.
3. A popular band, who lived near Storsilt Lane, release a much-loved song of the same title, which recounts childhood memories of the street.
4. Decades later, no-one can quite decide whether to rename the street or not, since they will either honour an arms dealer, or spoil the memory of a charming song!
