Bio:
"I study people, and just because that's my job, that doesn't mean I like being around people. But that also doesn't mean I don't like having friends!"
~Solntse Rolios
Solntse is a person full of the emotions of two types, extreme happiness, and sadness. The Ikoran was born on the Homeworld of Ikora within the Arrvian Empire, he was also born into the noble family of Rolios. Meaning Solntse had a very high upbringing living in a life of privilege and luxury. He was born among five hatchlings, leaving him, like his best friend Eva to end up as the smallest fish in the family. He was often ignored by his parents and siblings, confusing his silent personality as a sign of slowness. But Solntse was anything but slow and was in fact, just like Eva, the smartest in his family. But rather go out and make friends or make connections with other rich folk Solntse spent most of his time in his family library studying History and Politics, and if it was fiction he would spend his time reading space operas involving fictional intrigues and drama in fictional galaxies.
As he grown older he became more isolated, more depressed as a result of his loneliness caused by his poor upbringing. Books both paper and digital became his only true friends as the years passed on, and as he gained more knowledge he also became more opinionated. A combination of depression and the content of his drama books, universal history mostly involving bloodshed, desolated planets, and cynical philosophers and ideologues turned him into a cynic. Later in his teenage years, he became crestfallen in any hope of a finding a romantic partner. His lack of contact with women made him gain a taste in his own sex, and he would imagine, or at least hope he could find a male partner with the same troubles, thoughts, and tastes he had. Thus his needs turned to narcissism as he lost any hope that there was a man out there as intelligent as he was.
A lack of love, friendship, and lack of purpose made him question his reason for living. But when he turned twenty, he grows weary his moping and decided he wanted to leave his family estate and give himself an opportunity in life. Using his family wealth and connections to make his way to Alvion where he would become a student at the Royal University. he dedicated himself to using everything he learned to gain himself a degree in Anthropology, history, and political science. He soon became a workaholic, ignoring all of his fellow students and everyone around him to force himself into seclusion, dedicating himself to his homework and studies. His rigorous papers and essays gained the attention of the prestigious Human professor, Rommel Turner who was fascinated by his deep examinations and tenacious opinions. Rommel approached Solntse and offered him to join his company of just him and his apprentice Eva, become a full Xenologist, and become a member of OUX, The Organization of Universal Xenology. Not wanting to reject this one time offer from Rommel himself he happily joined, being an avid reader of Rommel's Anthropologist papers.
Solntse would eventually get his wish of friendship with Eva, who both shared similar childhoods of isolation but Solntse was much younger than Eva. And he would get much more as he found out that Eva was perhaps even smarter than him! Instead of jealousy, he formed a close bond of friendship with Eva, seeing himself as her apprentice. And as the years passed on, Solntse's luck would change for the better and for the first time he felt true happiness, and he would dedicate his loyalty to Eva and Rommel above all.
For the first time in his life, he had true friends and he treated Eva as the older sister he never had. He had put his need for romantic love far behind him, seeing it as a foolish teenage phase that he wished to forget. Unlike Eva, Solnstse has no desire for eroticism. His sternness was a vast contrast to Eva's sensualism.
