Alrighty, still working on getting some of the base sprites in for sliding and the larger weights, as well as one other movement mechanic, but here's the basic stuff right now.
Left and right to move, Z to jump, X to walk, down in midair to ground pound once you're heavy enough, and hold down when you land to prevent bouncing.
Enter raises you a weight class, shift+enter lowers you a weight class.
I forgot to put a lower or upper cap on them, so try not to go too far outside of the 0-4 range that's in the demo right now. If you do go too far going up/down a weight class still works, there just won't be a visual difference (and going too high will just make you disappear, but you reappear just fine).
Hitboxes are also just simple rectangles right now, those will be refined once all the base sprites are in place.
