Okay, that's way too adorable! I love it already! 
Where to begin? Totally amazing pose that got pulled off with Sebby; excellent and expressive body language having those arms fully extend downward and gripping onto his cheongsam, desperately trying to cover his lower half as he crosses his legs! Couple that with his shy smile and blush on his face, it makes his embarrassing predicament all the sweeter! I mean his sweet and bright eyes combined with the lovely hairdo really makes his feminine appearance stand out! His hair looks so damn silky and smooth in that style; very cool how the longest part is hanging off to one side and drooping down fluidly to really sell that dampened look! Speaking of which, good attention to detail with the droplets of water all over his body and how they hang off of his fur! The fur itself is pretty damn amazing with how fluffy it looks, from the tufts of fur in key areas to his very cuddly-looking tail! Very strategic having the strings around the lower part of his cheongsam stretch out as he stretches the material itself to cover his crotch area! The colouring and markings are pretty well done as is the background which is a very fitting setting for one who specialises in water ninjutsu and prefers calm, aquatic settings! Impressive with the steamy effects all around him, too! And the lighting and shading is impressive as well!
Sebby's feet-paws are actually plantigrade not digitigrade, but I won't mind that this time around with the way they're drawn here; kinda makes him look like he's cautiously on his tip-toes in embarrassment anyway!
