He could be laughing nervously while he attempts to bluff that he really isn't ticklish and that they should just untie him and let him go free or alternatively he might be a little nervous that everyone's just staring at his paws and wondering what's coming next.

Gosh, something about, not just the feet close to the camera and how pretty they are, but being overlooked ominously by all the other bears and all we see of them is all thier lovely huge feet on those lovely dark pants <3<3 It's just so neaaaat. And the bear's face is so precious <3

Kevin has a slightly bigger role then Koslov but also it makes sense that an underling would be subjected to such things. Besides no one else has done it so thats also another bonus.
It might not be as popular as the other characters but Id rather be original.
