Overall opinion on automatic colour: it's a neat cute little gimmick and it can turn quick sketches into decent looking colour if you don't feel like colouring them in yourself, but I wouldn't use it for my main artwork

Select "try it" near the bottom
Once it opens up, use the up arrow button on the right to upload an image
Select an anime girl on the left to pick your colouring style. Mess around until you find one that looks sort of right
Use the palette at the bottom and the colour picker on the right to pick some colours
Click a colour in the palette and then click on the picture to tell it what colour to use for that area
Use the magic wand to regenerate after picking colours that way
Once you're happy, click the down arrow to download your layers
