Hmm, quite hard naming him without knowing much about his background and universe (if characters have quite regular names from our daily life or completely original ones).
I don't know if that's completely silly but I'd go with Blinkie, inspired from the names of two street artists (Blu and Inkie), emphasizing the colors (blue and pink) and also 'cause he's one-eyed and "blinking" kind of refers to it.

Yeah it is hard to name something without much background to work with, I'm still working out the universe of these characters, I think they'll probably have some weird names.
