I went to Shinjuku Gyoen to see the chrysanthemum exhibition on last Sunday, and it was so great...
because they've growing the japanese mums for 120 years or more, their techniques are beyond description.
I long for my seniors who are working at this garden X(

見事な懸崖づくり、千輪咲きづくりですね。厚もの菊も豪華! 日本で菊は一部食べる習慣あると聞いていますが、これらは食用もできますか?
Tremendously gorgeous arrangements of "Kengai (Cascade) style and "Senrin-Zaki (millaflores)" style. The "Atsu-mono (thick pedals)" looks very beautiful, too. Having heard that some sorts of the chrysanth can be eaten in Japan, I wonder if any of these are edible as well.
