I'm a fan of this comic, so I thought I'd sit down and try my hand at drawing 
driprat's characters and get some brush inking practice down while I was at it. I could probably make this look a hundred times better if I colored it by hand, and I may do that in the future. But for now this is what you get.

Mainly just practice. I still prefer coloring by hand myself (all the coloring on the Jack sequence i did was Prismacolor marker) but sometimes I think an image will look better w/digital coloring, or the commisioner asks for digital, so it's just good artistic sense to be reasonably compitant in it.

The style of the Scythe is called 'Gen tries to draw it without looking at references'. *cough* Thank you though! I've always loved Jack and was kind of pleased at how easily he seems to come to me when I try drawing him. I supposed after eight years of reading it he's familiar enough.

You did a fab job on this - give yourself more credit b/c you truly are a wonderful artist! Y'know, its the peeps who can create real works w/pens 'n brushes wiiithooout the dang ctrl Z delete/back command that have some awesome skillz!! So props to you n your skillz! ^________^
