Remember Lex, the scuba raptor? (of course you do she's the only character in my gallery) Well, this is her day job!

She's a firefighter in Wilmington, North Carolina, circa 1995. Her SCUBA skills are at use here too, as she's actually a rescue diver for her department as well.

Here's a doodle by the always incredible  Darbaras showing her posing in front of one of the department's trucks; if I remember right, a 1988 Grumman Firecat. She thinks this is kind of silly, but hey, why not?
