Just jumped in the Bandwagon cause I like Spiderman :)

There is a Stan Lee cameo, a twist within the first 20 minutes (unless you're aware of the origins of Miles in the comics), Nicolas Cage is a great Spiderman Noir, and the is two post credit scenes (one a tribute to Stan Lee, and the other referencing a popular Spiderman meme). Each Spiderman has their own art style too (some slight tweeks that you have to look closely to notice, others vastly different). It's a must watch.
