The worlds within video games float about in tesseracts and the characters within them live their little lives even when the game ends.
A life where heroes pit themselves against bad guys in an eternal cycle of death and respawning.
So what happens to these worlds when the heroes vanish?
This is what becomes of the game villains Doctor William Crutch (Mad Doctor archetype, Level boss of Abandoned Hospital Stage: By Hook and By Crook) and grafitti artist Heaven Spotter (generic Mob opponent, Level one of Stage one: Re-Buff: The fight against scrawl) when the "Goodies" of their respective game worlds vanish leaving "Rips" in the reality between their and many other game worlds.
