There just isn’t a lot of chrome on a 1968 American Motors AMX but the sun just breaking through the clouds helped highlight the little that is there. I have a soft spot for AMC vehicles.

And I daily drive a 1987 Grand Wagoneer ^.=.^

They are still around, always hunting back yards.
Friend of mine runs a 401 in his gremlin, has it in the 10’s now, awesome little car

I know. The badge could have been all one piece with the disk behind the letters painted to match the car body (or simply black). It would have been cheap and fast to produce and install.
