More observations from the Eldritch Research Institute of Enlightenment:
VBN aka The Cockroach is almost always seen lighthearted or at the very least without concern for what's happening around him. But, if something manages to upset him, their body will begin to 'unravel' glowing blue 'cracks' appearing under the surface. Its as if his shape is breaking apart into ribbons; it's assumed that this is a transitional form between his typical compact body and that 'true form' VBN has teased on occasion. It can be triggered from losing control OR completely on purpose if he wants to intimidate someone.

There certainly is a sense of dread that comes over us when seeing this version of him; similar to when observing other Eldritch not using disguises. When asked to see this final form of his, VBN responded with his usual laugh followed by "You wanna sprout tentacles that bad, I'm happy to oblige; but my mom'd get mad at me. So no way!"
