That would be interesting, but no. If you read my old fursona's story "Circuits, Crossed: Social Jacking", you'll know that Cobar is a loyal Legionnaire, but is more loyal to the idea of the Legion and not to the people who control it, and he has no qualms with betraying them if he feels they're being controlled by an oppressive force (like with LIen-Da and Eggman, see the Dark Egg Legion).
