Here's what I got from 
Synthwave-Demon
Here are the Zilarx Sisters and they are both from another country, they don't speak very good English but they sure do make great rock stars for a rock n roll band. Roxy is the lead singer who is more like a bad girl and can get away for it for if she stolen something or even breaking some rules, Moxy on the other hand is a lead guitarist but unlike her sister she more of a kind caring lady who pays for stuff and listening to the rules.
