• Biography: Yuzuha is a member of the ½ mermaid clan, being one of the many ½ merfolk born to Junichiro and Palutena. She, along with her twin sister Mozu, was born a week after Eurydice, and they are one of the only ½ mermaids that are mersharks alongside the elder mershark Golgotha before them. Of the ½ mershark twins, Yuzuha is the elder twin and her species is a Great White, compared to Mozu’s, who is a Tiger Shark instead. Yuzuha and Mozu, along with their pure human sister, Miyako, one day became inspired when their father Juni came back from the Senran Kagura universe, and they immediately decided to become Shinobi to help their father in his never-ending struggles. To this end, Yuzuha picked up a naginata and a katana and, with Mozu and Miyako, traveled with her father when a visit to the Senran Kagura universe was in order again. Yuzuha, Mozu, and Miyako all enlisted in Hanzō’s Shinobi program, being accepted after a review or two. During her 1st year, Yuzuha was looked down on due to being ½ human, as was Mozu. However, the attitude changed when the ½ mersharks showed just as much devotion to justice, and their studies, as any of the other students. Coupled with the fact there was no fear from any of the other shinobi present, Yuzuha and Mozu, along with Miyako, managed to reach their 3rd year with perfect scores alongside Asuka who reached her 2nd with average scores. Yuzuha continues her shinobi studies and training from home, but she has shown great promise of becoming a hardened shinobi already. Yuzuha is a kindhearted girl whose heart is devoted to bringing and maintaining honor to her family (which undoubtedly makes her father highly proud), but Yuzuha has a sadistic side to her as well. While this does not cloud her sense of honor and justice, it doesn’t change the fact that in battle, Yuzuha cannot help but want to inflict as much pain as possible on her opponent before defeating them in combat, which is a very rare thing among Juni’s family. However, because Yuzuha is essentially a shark, anytime she smells blood, she enters a blood frenzy that of which is a lot like Golgotha’s blood frenzies. In this state, Yuzuha becomes intent on killing anything that moves, which is more often than not: Yōma, although the likes of the Hanzo and Gessen girls have also had close calls. Fortunately, while Yuzuha’s uncontrollable during a blood frenzy, the smell and taste of fish will snap Yuzuha’s back to her senses as she will abandon her current task just for the fish to eat up. Due to her carnivorous nature, she loves meat and will sink her teeth into any piece of it, even if it’s game meat, like bear and deer. However, she does not take too kindly to dirty old men, like Asuka’s grandfather Hanzo, to the point she once threatened to gut him like a fish should he try to grope her. The best pole dancer.
• Abilities: Yuzuha is a talented shinobi, being able to disappear and reappear without warning with incredible ease, and her skills with the sword and spear are also crazy good. While she does have skills with throwing stars, her main weapons are the silver naginata, and gold katana she carries with her, and she takes great care of their blades, so they remain sharp as ever to the point they can cut armor, and still cut a tomato. Yuzuha can take on her mershark form anytime she enters the water, and while inside the water, her swimming speed is greatly increased. Her teeth are capable of slicing off chunks of flesh with ease as with any great white shark’s teeth. However, they stay sharp because her sharp teeth are shed often, and when she loses a tooth, a new one grows in its place. Yuzuha’s secret ninja arts are as follows.
o Fin Cutter: Yuzuha slams her naginata into the ground, sending forth razor sharp shark fins down the entire field. Causes a great drop in clothing durability for the enemy.
o Shark Snapper: Yuzuha performs 8 rapid thrusts with her naginata, giving the impression of a shark attacking its prey. The thrusts have a chance to stun the target, but it does not break guards like the Renyoudan used by Zero.
o Rasetsusen: Aerial Ninja Art. Yuzuha spins in the air with her katana and rolls into the closest group of enemies.
o Rakukojin: Aerial Ninja Art. Yuzuha’s katana enlarges a bit and she performs a downward thrust. Hitting the ground sends a shockwave across the ground that hurts all foes within its range. Can be combined with Hibari’s Butt-Go-Boom for even more pain.
o Hammerhead Tackle: Yuzuha’s Ultimate Secret Ninja Art. Yuzuha channels Ki into her hands before thrusting the channeled energies forward in the form of a large hammerhead shark that proceeds to tear through multiple enemies. Instantly destroys clothes of enemy shinobi.
