I barely remembered how I got to where I am now... I woke up in this dank place surrounding by various glass vessels housing floating bodies of various creatures and people. I wanted to scream and runaway but my body would not move. I was numb.

I glanced around and saw strange beings over me talking in strange languages and making gestures to my body. Once they realized I was awake they congregated around me. One of them held what I assume was a tablet of some sort having images of various creatures on the clear screen. They seemed to fight over what I think was a bear and a shark before one of them made some kind of comment which made them all laugh?

Before I could even try to speak I felt sharp needles push into my neck on either side. Burning fluid entered my body making me scream internally. It felt like liquid fire was coursing through my body as I writhed on the table until I passed out from the pain.

I awoke next to find myself floating in one of the glass vats suspended in the liquid. My body was aching and burning. I could feel my hands and feet ache and could only watch and feel as they grew wider with leathering blue green flesh while sharp white claws emerged. Between my digits grew webbing to allow me to move through the liquid though that gave me little comfort. I was frantic and tried to yell wondering how I was still alive with no oxygen and soon felt my new gills open and close on my neck. My heart raced along with a terrified mind before I noticed the 'people' outside the vat looking at me. I could only watch as one pressed a glowing canister into something near what I assumed was a control console. A red liquid started to cloud the water as I tried to swim away but soon found I could not escape it and could feel it seep into my gills.

I slowed down moving and drifted towards the center. My body growing numb as it became extremely hard to think. I tried to think but found myself growing angrier and more agitated. I didn't want to be in this cage. I started to thrash around while my body bulged and warped. Flesh growing into a thick hide while my back arched and a dorsal fin erupted forth. Behind me my spine was elongating forming a powerful tail that I thrashed and hit against the vat wall.

I could feel my hips and shoulders crack and pop forcing me to doggy paddle in the water like a four legged beast would. My once brown eyes turning bright glowing red as my teeth sharpened and face pushed out into a bestial snout. I felt myself growling into the liquid around me as I thrashed harder and soon propelled myself against the glass. My mind was dulling and instincts to fight and kill overwrote my sentience. My name was lost to me as I bashed the glass again.

Cracks formed as the creatures outside seemed to panic and run off in a direction. My stomach churned with hunger as my prey was running for me. With one last thrust of my tail I slammed against the glass shattering it completely causing myself and the liquid to spill around the area. I pressed my clawed appendages to the ground lifting myself up as I looked around. My glowing eyes and body indicating that they succeeded. They warped and mutated my body and broke my mind into a vicious creature.

I roared out starting to explore the area as other containers sounded like they were breaking. The sounds of chaos growing louder as I hunted.
