If you shoot me an IM or email I can give you descrips of my characters and you're welcome to use them. If I can chat with you I can more easily share with you some of my own kinky ideas for BP pics. Hopefully it'll get your mind working. Don't worry if you like to keep your IMs private :3 I won't tell anyone.
If you need more still, my character is always willing to be tormented. Not that good with giving ideas though...
You could post a journal presenting the basic scenario, like which character you are using in what setting then present the journal readers with options on how to torment this character, for how long, with what, and the conclusion.
Once the journal is done, then you have a basis for drawing a picture. :)
