My very own MALAKAY GATE,

It is able to transfer matter through the Dimentional border. Through pretty much any dimentional border actually.
The two neutrino flux points will be the position of the Vessel that is to be transportet.
Lets hope the Field doesn't collapse.

Sounds similar to the wormhole theory, bending to points in space/time to be closer together like folding paper and then punching a hole in between them to travel a shorter and faster distance, it’s highly improbable but not impossible.
