Redid my stardust dragon Hou’s ref! Anyone remember this guy?

Probably not so here’s the info again:
- full of yellow stardust, gathers in his limbs which glow on the bottoms
- his gravity has strange properties, he is immovably dense and solid with his feet on the ground, but virtually weightless when in the air
- mouth leaks powdery stardust when open, objects and people that come into contact with it can have random effects occur
