Yep...event horizon fast approaching...
While designing Riomon, I started constructing in my head a basic idea for a "mini Renamon" that was closer in scale/appearance to the traditional chibi-style Rookie-level Digimons, and I liked the idea so much I decided to draw it. The funny thing is, just like FangRenamon and ShadowRenamon, even though I intended it for fanservice purposes (its original name was even going to be "LoliRenamon"), when I drew it, it looked...male. So, now, I can't decide if Demi here is a guy Digi or a girl Digi (and don't gimme that "Digimon have no gender" crap...you go look at Angewomon or Rosemon and the TRY to tell me that again).
Which do you people think?

The digimon have no gender thing is just to cover their asses as a sort of disclaimer, it's obviously not the case with how the characters are designed or enacted. Renamon just so happens to have an hour glass figure and just so happens to always have a female voice in every country the cartoon is depicted in?

as a kid's show, digimon have no gender from the waist down.
as a japanese show, about half of them have breasts that double as floatation devices and ignore physics. and wear fetish gear.
and it looks more gender neutral than anything. it'd look mannish next to something actually female, but girly next to something masculine. part of that might be the hot pink and garter belts though.
