the first panel without the "argue" text" should have been sufficient but if I don't dump out every bit of dialog that comes to me I risk returning to the topic again and the sooner I finish with them, the faster I forget them!

When I was in high school, someone would often make a "joke". I say I don't get it. They say it's from Anchorman. I tell them I haven't seen it. They say "YOUUUU haven't seen AAAAnccchhhoorrMAAAAAAAAANN??????????" They proceed to contort their face in a hundred ways in utter disbelief that there was a person who hadn't seen it.
I really like your ranty comics, every one of them so far has been relatable.

I have never seen Alien, nor The Godfather, nor Die Hard, nor Jaws, nor a whole bunch of movies that I am "supposed" to have seen. They just didn't look interesting to me. Though I suppose it is remarkable for me to have lived through the 1980s and somehow managed to avoid these ubiquitous media artifacts. I also missed a lot of TV shows because my family didn't even have a TV til I was 10 (though I did watch a lot of "Pinwheel" at my grandparents' house.)
Name any band, there's a 70% chance that I have never heard of them. Name any album, there's a 93% chance that I have never listened to it. Tell me I should check it out, there's a 99% chance that I won't.

I mainly experience it with recent cartoons and video games, although by now people tend to know not to bother trying to shame me for avoiding them. Bands I have been avoiding for just as long but I do not have enough off-internet contact for those to come up. I would say proud loud public exhibition of crummy music is one of the few categories in which I find real people not preferable to internet people.
I am old enough to remember that I watched Pinwheel at one time but old enough to recall anything specific about it other than bits of the theme song. Although I remember that primarily because my younger brother changed the words to be "pinwheel, pinwheel, spinning around, look in my diaper and see what I found." Which I doubt he remembers.

Thankfully since there are not any furries in Die-Hard, I do not have a bunch of comments telling me what great guys the production staff are, so I am fairly satisfied with the opinions I have received, overall! Even with the dialog density limiting what websites this is legible on.
