First piece in colours *^^*
Started as a drawing of classical object - a fruit (or, in tis case, a vegetable, but oh well), and hatchie Rainesh just kinda... happened there :P

Given I know how much effort and dedication it took to draw it, I can but congratulate you both on your taking up the use of colours and this particular achievement.
Rainesh's hind paws are a bit weird-looking, but as for the rest - it's a very nice warm-and-cuddly spirited drawing, also a step up for you technically. Still can't determine whether it's a vegetable or tiny lyho's nose that keeps me staring at this picture in awe and amazement ;3
Kudos for this one and keep up the good work ! ;3

Yes, these are KOH-I-NOOR Mondeluz 32-colors set. Czech production, I believe. They were a present form a friend of mine, and have been sitting in my desk for a year or so before I gathered courage to try them :P I am slow like that, yeah.
But I really loved working with them, despite the fact it was an almost 12-h marathon from sketch to completed drawing, with only a few breaks (like, to chat and play M:tG with my girl and the first commenter above :P Both of them shown me extremely much support in the process, and I doubt I would have endured it in one go if not for them), and my wrist hurt like hell in the end :P
Blue and yellow scheme is result of long and somewhat frustrating pondering about my draconic self, and it's only now begins to assume some stability, as well as his overall physique and looks. But it's heartwarming to hear that you like it! I still feel that he should have a few white streaks here and there, but I haven't tried them here, because I felt lacking skill to do them right... No wonder given it's my first serious color drawing ever :)
Anyways, thanks a lot for your kind words and for welcoming me back here, and yes, I'll definitely try to be around more :) I just had to take some time alone off the net, to gather my bearings in art and whatnot.
P.S. And I'm sorry for my wordy answer, I bet I'm just kinda commenting-depraved :P
