In RL they don't, but all cartoon 'roos seem to have them, regardless of sex, so I added one.

Interesting true lobo is right ale kangaroos don;t have pouchs.. Now in a web comic done by Kevin the Loin a while back both sexes of kangaroos had pouches do to a magic spell

Like I said, all toony kangaroos seem to be drawn with one even if they are male (an art book I have actually has a male roo with a pouch). So, I just went with the crowd. It's more cartoony that way.
