Biff has other monster allies outside the family. So Biff goes to a bar to hang out with the bartender and have a few drinks. Of course the monster patrons in the bar are already middle of a violent brawl. It didn't take Biff long to subdue them since they're mostly dizzy from the drinks. The drinks aren't even alchoholic either. They're made from a honey/necter that has a calming effect for monsters, but can cause them dizziness and confusion when consumed in excess.
