One of my few 'villain' characters that have maintained a strange amount of dignity over the years. I still can't bring myself to draw him doing something dumb or even draw him as a chibi.

Well, in light of that strange phenomenon, I drew him really fuckin cool-looking. And for once, the 'wings' on his head look the way they were supposed to when I came up with the character in, like, ninth grade. Also, no, he's actually not wearing makeup. His race's blood is black, making the thin-skinned areas of their bodies appeared shaded.
