Boy oh boy, do I have a Christmas story for you!

So, Brim and I are visiting my family in Canada this year. We switch off every year whose family we spend Christmas with. Everything is going well, the drive wasn't a big deal, the border wasn't too bad... and only a couple of hours after we arrive, my mom trips on my shoes and tumbles down the stairs to the basement. She didn't turn the lights on and my shoes are black. Thankfully, she's okay. No bones broken, but she was badly banged up. So, I'm going to be in charge of Christmas dinner this year.
So, inbetween looking after my mom and widower brother who got a case of the Christmas blues, I managed to squeeze this out. The 'official' page on the site won't have my little 'touches' of the funny text at the bottom. That's my little touch. I don't think Lani would have appreciated it on the site ;3
