Well this is not even remotely a new character. 8D
But she's new to peeps here I think! This is Saida, once Nen's high priestess, these days she lives in the far North frosty town of Bilfrith, hiding away under piles and piles of cloth.
This particular update to her design was done by Spekkal! And I think it's pretty dang cute! All wrapped up warm!
