Practice chibi number two!
Another new character, named Katie. She is Josephine's older cousin, and much more serious in nature. Though she hates to admit it, she kind of likes the whole idea of Halloween. I guess yesterday she decided to go as a Native American, but don't call her Pocahontas! D:
I did well on using the gel pens just to accentuate, but the white highlights came out MUCH sharper than I anticipated. :x I like how it came out over all. :3
