how unusual, so that means if a hive queen ends up latching onto someone who is predominantly masculine par say does that make him a "hive king"?

Hive queens are hive queens regardless of gender. Because they pump ot all the kids, like a queen ant or queen bee. He could specify that he wants people to call him king, and would probably not have issue getting people, especially his hive, to DUI that.

you are talking about sexual characteristics and mistakenly calling them gender. gender is not just a checklist of bodyparts.

I like how in all these pictures when they fuse with people during the painful transformation they make them drop, wreck, break, or rip apart whatever they had all had with them at the moment but forget about it to just admire their transformations and not even question where the succubats came from. XD
