Yep, I still doodle from time to time.

This is the protagonist of one of my many ideas; namely, a setting in 1224 A.D. that combines historical fiction with a small dose of fantasy.

This here is Bjorn Walderson (Or Waldemar; I haven't fully canonized his surname yet), a viking who is fairly typical for his era. More on him later, when I'm not feeling so lazy.

As you can see, I merely doodled out his head based on a helmet sketch and such.

Oh, and if it's confusing, he has a short beard, not a huge beefy one - the wavy lines are his hair, or rather his hair length. I haven't planned out his lower body, but that's coming along well enough in my next upload.

Oh, and that's a wart on his face. Not all protagonists can be flawlessly handsome, y'know. :P
