This great piece has been done depicting my character in his augmented form, this time wearing his shaman's garb! While only a few things from him have changed from his normal form, they remain crucial for his body to contain the extra power required. Without those changes, the feedback from dealing from such power can be crippling. Things such as the quills rearranging in a angelic pattern are required in order to store the energy, their proximity with each other making it much easier for energy transfer so none overload. You can see this transfer like via links created that appear like lightning. Their position also helps to vent some of the heat generated from all this surplus of energy. It doesn't seem like it but this is quite an exhausting form ,and a uncomfortable one, to maintain and it really only is used when needed. For all the power you require, there is a cost. Such is the nature of things.
