Done completely in Paint Tool SAI.

Here's a picture of Pulse I drew a while back but just finished today. Yes, I know the white border looks like poo but honestly, I did it because I didn't finish his body and it was very poorly cropped and I didn't feel like fixing it! You can still see some of the poor editing in his arm... ah well!
