The College was having a pumpkin carving contest as well as costume contest so I spent a few hours carving out this pumpkin :)

I did a sketch in my college sketchbook and refined it then I drew it on the pumpkin and started removing the outer layer with my clay sculpture tools. Then I traced my hand and cut out the lid. Then refined the lid a bit and used it as the base of the pumpkin.

I was thrilled to have won 1st place at the contest!!!
