I love this skit, so I decided to add some environment to it. Hope you like it,  roscotl!

Rosco parks his car and gets out to handle some buisness, until a shaggy looking man walks up to him. At first he seems suttle, but a few pestilent remarks and insults later, Rosco decides to turn back and go park somewhere else to avoid confronting him again.
