1.) They give full credit of the artwork to the artist(s).
2.) As you point out, they explain it was just a color change.
3.) They provided links to the original.

What's the problem? That person wasn't saying they were some amazing artist or anything. Yet you use them as an example? o.o;

even if they give credit, chances are they did not have the artists permission,and they still pretty much just sneezed on the art and posted it for asspats,I think i saw a few wallpapaers kind of like that,hmmmm, where did I see those?

The problem is taking art that others put their honest effort into (usually without permission)doing a minor alteration
then posting in order to garner praise,take a look at the comments these people recive,it thend to be people gushing over the art,alot of times these people are too stupid to even read the desctiption.

when the "artist" replys they thank the person for the asspats rather than correct them on the fact that THEY DID NOT DRAW THE ART
