1-Get out the comfort zone. If you are stuck in a comfort zone you'll always to the same and the same and the same things over and over again. Challenge yourself, exercise and practice with the bitchiest poses. Struggle with them, be near to desperation and learn you can draw more things. And in summary, never be afraid of trying new stuff.
2-How about some anatomy? Try Bridgman's books (quite good, strongly recommended) or Ron Tiner's "Figure drawing without a model" or Burne Hogarth's collection.
3-Draw more often and practice. And focus your practice in improving your weak points, like "Hey this week I'm gonna practise arms, yay" and so on. It's not "practice makes parfect". PERFECT practice makes perfect. Make your practice perfect, focus it on a subject and take the most of it.
And that's it.

All great points
I guess mostly on this picture there was the WANT to do it... but it's been such a long day & I'm in a lot of pain I can't focus. I managed to get something good out there today already, trying a new style to coloring. Mind you, unless you focus, anatomy is pretty hard when you're drawing with a mouse, but as for improving my weak spots, I think of you go way back in my gallery/scraps then look at my drawings today, they've drastically improved. But hell. There's always room for improvement even when you think you're perfect, so I'm still working.
Flicked through your gallery, you've got some pretty good artwork.
BUT anyways, you're right at the "I cahn doo dat bettah" point. Of you don't notice you can still improve you're in a very low level; I know professional artists and they never say they're good enough.
As they said in the Round Table: Adopt, adapt, improve.
