Hello! This is my character, so I will answer if you do not mind :)
Metallic things on his face, something like microdermals, on which he attaches a mask.

He wears a mask to hide his dowry because of it his eyes are glow sometimes. This is very important for him because in some parts of their world is a rejection of magic and everything similar to it .

Yeah, me too! And yes, it was a small operation and it was risky, but he and his friend are some kind of physician-herbalist and everything healed well
