Parts of her head, brain, the brain stem and partial digestive system are organic. Respiratory, teeth/jaw and forearms/lower legs are artificial. Her muscles are synthetic, too but they are sort of a weird "middle-ground" because they aren't replaceable. Forearms and lower legs are entirely prosthetic (robotic).
