I’m doing some character development on Amber and this idea came to mind that she was an experiment so the sentient placed an ankle band on her.
And as for the bumps on her foot those are pads
post a photo of a real rats foot. Before that post I had no idea what the bottom of a rats foot looks like.

No, she's a human sized anthro rat like all my other characters.
The sciences were making a chemical for unknown reasons, Amber volunteers to use it but it ended up turning her eyes purple and making her a little aggressive. she's been used for a lot of things, Being a scienc herself she don't mind it.

I've always wondered what it was like for wild animals to be captured, collared, bracleted or whatevered.
So in a world where experiments with sentients is accepted, would anklets and physical manifestations be badges of honor for scientist types? Kinda like scars for warriors and sports players, it shows your love for the...game.

Hoohoo saw my icon in the description and was like wait what xD Glad it helped someone, I like how you've drawn them here. I don't see many people -I miss it most of the time in my drawings :P- rats have white paw-pads, not a darker shade :> Hey I love the colours and everything on this lady esp. the long body ^^ I love long bodies and ferrety-looking types lol.
