It seems that vial more than did its job there. The Weight Gain formula is a success and you only had one sip of it! Side effects seems to include gas tho but oh well, I dont think many will mind that once they are a massive blob of fat.

I think that he wanted to try a super fertilizer and forgot that he is gaining weight with overfertilized! Can he produce more fruits if he has more body weight?

Well by eating one of his fat apples, you will get rather obese but you wont change colors unless he was also working on such a side effect.
