Background/History - Helios created Neal for Melody so she would have a friend and someone she could come with when she was a child. Melody had a hard time pronouncing his name right, so Neal took "Neir" as a nickname. As years go by, Helios continued to make Neal grow up with Melody so she wouldn't feel lonely. He began to add little upgrades to Neal to make him more of a therapist to her as well. He can sense when her emotions shift and does his absolute best to bring her spirits back up. He expressed his emotions alot better these days and don't seem too robotic like in the past, so it's hard to tell at first glance that he is an andriod.
