This whole comic reminds me a lot of the old-style cartoons like Woody Woodpecker and Tom & Jerry. There always was a character, or characters, bent on tormenting another character, or characters. However, despite how painful it would be in real-life, it never seemed the actions they did hurt all that bad or were in spiteful spirit. I just guess some friends / acquaintences have different ways of showing their affection / apprecation than others. :)

Haha, I think you're right! 8D Especially for SwiftWind - he's a bit older and a fan of classic cartoons, so I think he's very much into the predator-prey situation that usually goes on in 'em, and has a lot of fun being the Wile E. Coyote of the chase. 8D
