Hmmm "sanmme no" I don't identify the last kanji. XD
I know the first two are "3" and "eye"

And it appears Tato owns a potato in the title XP

What exactly am I?

Actually, the kana "tsu" here is an okurigana, and is part of the word "mitsume", meaning "third". Other than that, you're close.

oh, then you were using the Kunyomi "Mi" not Onyomi "San"

You wrote "tsu" small, a small "Tsu" is used to double the consonant with the next letter, the reason it threw me off. I understood most of it due to the Kanji, but that's it.

And adding to, I see you were using the Traditional Japanese Counting (Hitotsu, Futatsu, Mitsu) instead of chinese numbers (Ichi, Ni, San)
