The advantages of lycanthropy are so good that even with the need to kill innocents a few times a month and forcible changing at the full moon, it's not that bad but with the ring, you're laughing and destroying everything you come across even as a human. I love that the stat boost passed on to the player when not transformed, makes the game so much easier.
