Harry spent his entire childhood living without hands, having only hooves instead. He learned to do everything without dexterity. Now with cybernetics, there are still plenty of things he can do with just his stumps when his hands are on the charger. Some things, like opening a can of soda, would be better done by just going and putting on the prosthetics. Sometimes you just have to try though.,
