Cesar is the last character I created. Originally I had a gecko character named Sloan who was donated to my story by someone on deviatart (I think). I went away from him because he just quite didn't fit what I had in mind. So as I was rounding out the 20 character roster, I came up with a gila monster being a better fit. With the help of  pac Cesar was born. His poverty stricken life led him to fighting as well as a gang affiliation that has gotten him in trouble with the law. Maybe the CFA can help him turn his life around.
