Char is the closest thing I have to a human OC. Something about having a petite ginger with hair down the floor makes me wanna draw. Add a full body rubber suit she has to wear 23 hours a day just makes her more fun. Not the best communicator, though.
I like how her mask can hide her expression. Is she exasperated at having to deal with yet another gawker. Perhaps she's happy to see you again and wants to hear how you've been.

She actually does have a wardrobe of outfits to wear. All over the rubber suit, of course.
There are the rare hot days out and about where she has been seen with somewhat normal attire sans the suit (her mistress isn't oblivious to overheating). However the gag, mitts and collar are 100% required.
